I know What - Just Wondering Who, When and Where....

Just picked this photo up for a couple of bucks. Like I said, I know the What - a D Production Triumph GT-6 - but am trying to figure out the Who, When and Where. Most likely a track somewhere in the U.S.
Any ideas out there?
